We work to ship out orders within 1 business day after the order has been placed. Our business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends or US banking holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm PDT will be considered as the next business day.
- Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be reviewed and shipped the next regular business day.
Our U.S. Shipping Options:
- Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on 1) the weight of your package, and 2) the delivery service and timing you select.
- We offer FREE Local Pickup.
- We offer Local Delivery service for a nominal $5 fee. Local delivery is available within 15 miles of our hub in Tacoma, WA.
- We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $50. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped under the most economical shipping method, which can include but is not limited to services available through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
- Once you receive tracking information, please contact the delivery service (UPS, USPS, etc.) for questions on delays or delivery. Be sure to have your your tracking information handy.
- If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it: First, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then contact the delivery service with your tracking information to start a claim.
- Packages that are returned to Framed Chic will be processed as a return, and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses. If you wish us to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the additional shipping cost.
- Framed Chic is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages sent to the address that entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with questions. Damaged goods- we will evaluate the issue and assist you to file a claim with UPS/Fed Ex, etc.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You may be asked to provide photos or other details to Frame Chic for thorough review of your return.
- To start a return: Contact us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com -please CC: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please provide details and photos as needed for review, and if you would prefer a refund, a product exchange or store credit.
- Frame Chic will review and let you know if your return/exchange is accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. If applicable, this cost may be credited toward a future purchase.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What are my refund options?
If approved, you can receive a refund to Store Credit (never expires!) or to your original payment method, minus any return shipping costs.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Sale items
- Perishable goods (plants, flowers, etc.)
- Personalized items
- Items you have altered or assembled
However, if your item arrives damaged, we will review the details and work with you to find the best solution.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
For store credit, we’ll credit your Frame Chic account within 1 business day once we’ve received tracking notification that you have returned your item(s).
- For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund to your original payment method within 1 business day once we’ve received tracking notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
- For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
