We work to ship out orders within 1 business day after the order has been placed. Our business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends or US banking holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm PDT will be considered as the next business day.
- Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be reviewed and shipped the next regular business day.
Our US* Shipping Options:
- We offer FREE standard US* shipping (*continental US) on most items.
- Heavy/large size items that require customer to pay shipping cost will be identified in the specific listing description.
- Shipping cost will apply to orders outside the continental US.
- Paid shipping costs will calculate at checkout, and are based on 1) the weight of your package, 2) the delivery address and 3) the delivery service and timing you select.
- Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped under the most economical shipping method, which can include but is not limited to services available through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our shipping hub.
Our Local Options
- Local Pickup: We offer FREE local curbside pickup, where the customer will schedule a time to pick up their purchased item from our hub in Tacoma (Fircrest), WA. Choose "Shop Pay" at checkout for local options.
- Local Delivery: We offer local delivery service to your door for a nominal $5 fee. Local delivery is available within 15 miles of our hub in Tacoma (Fircrest), WA. Choose "Shop Pay" at checkout for local options.
Tracking Your Order
- Once you receive tracking information, please contact the delivery service (UPS, USPS, etc.) for questions on delays or delivery. Be sure to have your your tracking information handy.
- If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it: First, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then contact the delivery service with your tracking information to start a claim.
- Packages that are returned to Framed Chic will be processed as a return, and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses. If you wish us to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the additional shipping cost.
- Framed Chic is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages sent to the address that entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct. We recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with questions. Each Framed Chic piece is an original. All sales are final. Damaged goods- we will evaluate the issue and assist you to file a claim with UPS/Fed Ex, etc.
